Role of Tutor360
Tutor360 acts as a facilitator connecting students, parents, and tutors. We do not directly provide tuition services, and refund decisions primarily depend on the agreement between tutors and parents, unless stated otherwise.
Demo Classes
Demo classes, whether free or paid, are subject to the tutor’s terms. Refunds for demo classes are generally not provided unless explicitly communicated prior to scheduling.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are mutually decided between tutors and parents. Once regular tuition has commenced, refunds for completed sessions are not applicable.
Advance Payments
Any advance payments made are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation. Refunds for advance payments may be considered only in cases where tuition does not commence due to tutor unavailability.
Tutor Replacement
If a tutor discontinues classes without prior notice, Tutor360 will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement tutor. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations by Students or Parents
Cancellations initiated by students or parents after tuition has started may not be eligible for refunds. Any exceptions will be handled as per mutually agreed terms.
Service Charges
