At Tutor360, we strive to maintain a high standard of teaching quality, professionalism, and trust between tutors, students, and parents. Tutors who register or accept tuition opportunities through our platform are expected to follow the guidelines below.

Tutor360 Enrollment Fee

Tutor360 charges an enrollment fee of ₹1000, which grants tutors access to our platform and tuition opportunities for a period of one year from the date of registration. This fee helps support platform operations, tutor verification, and the continuous generation of tuition leads. Once enrolled, tutors can apply for available tuition opportunities and connect with students through Tutor360 during the validity period.

Tutor360 Service Fee

Tutor360 charges a one-time service fee equal to 50% of the first month's tuition fee for successfully connecting a tutor with a student through our platform. This service fee becomes applicable only after a tuition is confirmed and classes begin. The fee helps support the platform operations, student verification, and generation of tuition opportunities for tutors.

Profile Accuracy

Tutors must provide accurate and complete information regarding their qualifications, teaching experience, subjects, and availability. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to profile suspension or removal from the platform.

Professional Conduct

Tutors are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behavior while interacting with students and parents. Any inappropriate conduct, harassment, or unprofessional behavior may lead to immediate removal from Tutor360.

Punctuality & Commitment

Tutors should maintain punctuality and consistency in scheduled classes. If a class needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, tutors must inform the student or parent in advance to avoid inconvenience.

Demo Classes

Tutors should clearly communicate the terms of demo classes with parents beforehand, including the duration of the demo session and whether it is free or paid.

Fee Transparency

Tuition fees, schedules, and payment terms must be clearly discussed and mutually agreed upon with parents before starting regular classes to avoid misunderstandings.

Student Safety

Tutors conducting home tuition must maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for students at all times.

Communication

Tutors should maintain clear and timely communication with students, parents, and Tutor360 support whenever required to ensure smooth and effective learning arrangements.

Compliance

Tutors must comply with Tutor360 policies and applicable laws. Violation of these guidelines may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
